There’s nothing like releasing a novel during a pandemic, racial unrest and a national election. I’ve always liked a challenge though and I’ve been busting my bustle getting ready for the October 13 release of my third novel, The Green Lace Corset. I’m happy it’s already received heaps of early positive reviews and publicity. I’ve even been a guest on a radio show!
This time around there won’t be any shoulder to shoulder events. However, plenty of virtual ones are scheduled so you can all celebrate with me from afar. My calendar has also begun to fill up with Zoom book club visits.
The Black Velvet Coat, The Silver Shoes and The Green Lace Corset can be ordered everywhere books are sold. Even though it’s a series each stand alone and can be read in any order. I encourage you to support your local independent bookstores. Until the end of the year for every Jill G. Hall novel purchased through Warwick’s and La Playa Books I’ll make a donation to the San Diego Arts + Culture Challenge Fund to support San Diego County nonprofits and creatives.
