Flying Free
Last Saturday fourteen women joined me in my studio for a collage workshop with master artist Jane LaFazio! First she had us adhere assorted small squares on paper with matte medium. Then we drew or traced flora or fauna shapes on top with black sharpies. The last step was to paint in the negative space. Here’s my finished piece. It’s called – Flying Free! What a wonderful studio work space! And I can just feel the energy of all those women creating their works of art. I look forward to joining you there some day for a workshop ~
